Siritanyi Children's Home

“Assuredly I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the
least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.” - Jesus

Introduction

Siritanyi Children’s Home was established through the Endtime Harvest & Discipleship Church in 2005. The leaders and founders of this home are Fredrick & Emily Ogara. Fredrick & Emily also oversee several churches in neighboring villages.

The home is registered and licensed with the Department of Social Services of Bungoma. It is situated on a (3) acre lot in the district of Bungoma, Kenya in the village of Siritanyi. The home currently cares for approximately twelve children.

The Mission

To first provide a home and the basic needs for as many orphans as possible.

To construct a kitchen & dining facility which will allow for the immediate availability of more beds in the existing living quarters and the ability to offer more orphans a place to live.
To construct a private school that will offer children an education. It will also provide jobs for the people in the community and revenue for future expansion.
To care for and raise up the future leaders of this community and to ultimately put an end to unnecessary poverty, pain and suffering.

Founders - Fredrick & Emily Ogara

Kitchen / Dining Building

The construction of the kitchen facility has been postponed due to lack of funds. The estimated cost to complete this structure and also provide furniture and kitchen equipment is approximately $10,000 USD. A new well is also needed to provide safe drinking water.

Private
School Building

Following the competition of the kitchen and dining facility will be the construction of a private school.

If you would like to sponsor the children of the Siritanyi Home, the cost is approximately $7.00 USD per day, per child. This will provide for the necessary care, food, clothing and education.

Street Kids

There are approximately (160) homeless children (mostly teens) currently living on the streets of Bungoma. It costs approximately $20.00 per day to feed all of these kids. Due to limited resources they can only feed these kids maybe once a week.
